As we mentioned in the Customer Service Award section, A Dress Change is under new ownership since winning both the Customer Service and Retailer category last year. This year? They won it again. New owner Jonni Smith has taken what everyone already loved about A Dress Change Consignment and made it even stronger than before! She had some big shoes to fill, but now we’re certain there’s remains a bright future ahead. “A Dress Change has had its facelift that has proven to be very successful with our customers,” Jonni said. “However—it’s the same great merchandise and same great prices. And especially, it’s the same great faces working hard to make the shop the success that it is.” When it comes to retail, they’ve covered all the bases and then some. Wednesdays are particularly special for customers for two reasons: 1. It’s senior discount day! With 10% off all sales for women 55 or older, and 2. Michelle Cadden and Susan Aboudara—whose teamwork has been known to draw a crowd—are working together. Fan favorite Bonita Morgan can be found working every other Sunday, when you can also find some of her special customers that plan their trips according to her schedule.
