Another holiday weekend has passed and I hope that everyone had a relaxing and fun time. Ben and I had a perfect one, but now we are back at it and we have a couple more weeks of MAJOR deadlines and then we will go back to normal. So until then we might be hard to see but we will always be out there somewhere so keep an eye out.
A perfect day to start out slow with stretches, meditation and watering the yard. Feed Ben and he is ready so off we go . . .
