Wonder Playoga with Summer Sempervirens
Explore the benefits of yoga thru the use of themed classes that weave in everyday concepts playing with poses called Asanas, games, movement, dance, art activities, relaxation, and visualization. The class uses singing bowls, Hapi drums, as well as popular music to get the children moving. Students can challenge themselves and gather to share happy stories to build community together.
