After a long holiday weekend Ben was exhausted!
Ben and I are back with a vengeance and we have already been up and about doing stretches and our meditation. The week promises to be VERY busy with the two of us needing to cover a lot of ground. So without further ado we are off . . .

Ben and I at one of our favorite places: The French Laundry Gardens
After 2:00 pm today I am on holiday for a few days. Ben and I are really looking forward to this time. At this time of Thanksgiving I hope that we all give thanks for what we have and try to give as much as we can to everyone that doesn’t have as much. Ben and I wish everyone a wonderful holiday and hope that everyone stays safe and spends time with loved ones.
BIG Stretches, feed and a long walk with Ben, and then I’m gone . . .

A sample of what we made at Mozzarella class the other day! Yummy!
The holiday week started things in motion that seem to be rolling down the hill and towards a great finish line. It appears that everyone is feeling a little happier this season. I feel it in the air and also in everyone’s voices.
Being thankful for all that Ben and I have is definitely making this season a happy one for me. Having my loved ones surrounding me is all that we need. Take a few minutes to really think about what makes you happy and to make sure that you reach out and grab whatever it is – you’ll feel better.
Off we go to a couple of counties today, I think that the drive will be a peaceful one.
Stretches, feed and walk Ben, and then I’m gone . . .
This weekend’s weather was so beautiful; Ben and I just loved it! Ben and I even traveled to the end of the rainbow and it was glorious. The colors were vibrant and the air was so fresh. I saw this as a wonderful start to the holiday season.
Ben and I also had a chance to attend a wonderful cooking class at Napa Style in Yountville. A chef from Bottega demonstrated making mozzarella and the various ways to showcase it at your holiday parties. The pesto was out of this world and I even had a chance to stretch the cheese out and make an actual mozzarella ball. I am now a pro!
Today Ben and I will be trying to cover a lot of ground before the Thanksgiving holiday starts and takes over our world.
Stretches, feed Ben, straighten up the house and then I’m gone . . .

Fun at the Mozzarella Class at Napa Style
Ben and I started very early again today to get every thing we needed to get done in the short time I allowed for our appointments. I have to get us going very early again today, but we are ready since we are then going to have a GREAT weekend.
Ben and I have been so happy since we heard the news; San Francisco Giant, Buster Posey was announced as the NL Most Valuable Player of the Year! I couldn’t have written this more perfect – everything about the San Francisco Giants in the last few months has been surreal. Good job Buster.
Last night we were once again winners at the Benicia Chamber of Commerce Mixer. (Note to self: always go the Benicia Mixers since we always seem to win something!)
Stretches, feed Ben, and then I’m gone . . .

Ben and other Vacaville Chamber members smiled for the camera outside DeBartolo Jewelers in downtown Vacaville
Ben and I accomplished so much yesterday! We went to Benicia, Vacaville, Fairfield, Vallejo and Lafayette! Today will be much of the same.
Yesterday was the official re-grand openings of DeBartolo Jewelers in downtown Vacaville and Ben and I were fortunate enough to join in the fun. We are so happy to see them reopen after the tragedy! I was able to talk to Louis and his lovely wife and they are just the salt of the earth. We are all so happy for them.
We also were able to attend the Lafayette Mixer at Orchid Nursery on Mt. Diablo Boulevard. What a sight! Orchid Nursery is all decorated for Christmas and Ben and I had so much fun looking at all of their fabulous trees and ornaments. This is one of my favorite times of the year so I was in heaven.
Today we have BIG stretches, feed Ben, put out the garbage and then I’m gone . . .

Ben tried to tell Santa what he wanted for Christmas

Ben in one of his favorite places!
I am on the road early today since I have a lot to accomplish today. Early morning breakfast date, meetings all day and then fun tonight at the Empress Theatre. Ben and I have been so overwhelmed these past few days so this path is a good one.
Today I hope to see a few people that I have been missing these past few weeks so it will be a fresh start day. With the holiday coming I do have a lot to do – but I have to say it doesn’t feel stressed or hurried so all is good. Ben is hoping to see some of his good friends today too. You never know where we will show up!
Stretches, feed Ben, putter in the garden and then I’m gone . . .

Ben is back to smiling!
Ben is back on track so as the story goes, so am I.
Today I am trying to catch up with many advertisers and try to not get too overwhelmed thinking of the holiday next week. So much to do and not much time, but feeling like I can do it! Ben where are you? We need to hit the streets early!
