We salute our troops . . .

Today we honor our veterans and say thank you to all the men and women who have sacrificed for us. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Ben is still not doing well,

so I continue to limp along . . .

I am so sad . . .

This is the look I need to see on Ben's face!

Yesterday was not a good day. My Ben had been very sick since Wednesday and he has not gotten better so mom is not doing well. I need all the good wishes for him right now – he is not doing well and I did not get any sleep last night.

On that same note, as I was feeling very sad about Ben I received word that one of my best friends had to put her horse down yesterday. I just can’t take any more! I had to put a horse down once and it broke my heart into a million pieces. I will definitely need some deep meditation today. I have so much to do but Ben is my first priority.

BIG, BIG Stretches, feed Ben (I hope), and then I’m gone . . .

Ramblin’ along . . .

Well another successful Wednesday Night Ramble has been achieved! Don Bassey and his North Bay All Stars are the best.

"And the Oscar goes to . . ."

Ben and I also made an appearance in Yountville at the first premiere of the Napa Film Festival. The lights were on and the camera was in position and “ACTION”! Ben was the star.

Today we start VERY early so no time for anything but to get to our first meeting by 8 am and then over to Contra Costa County for face time with clients.  I’m tired, this week has been exhausting!

Stretches, feed and walk Ben, and then I’m gone . . .

Another four years . . .

Ben and Myles

The country can now move on from the endless commercials and see if our current government can walk the walk. I can now actually open Facebook and not cringe (hopefully).

Ben and I will be in Fairfield this morning and then we will make the trek to Napa and end up in Yountville for a Napa Valley Film Festival reception. We have a lot of ground to cover and Ben wants to make a lot of new friends so be on the look out!

Yesterday Ben and I found out that our dear friend, Myles the Australian Shepherd, had passed away. We are so deeply saddened by this and will think of him often. Big hugs to Sallie!

We have yard work to do this am, stretches, feed and walk Ben, and then I’m gone . . .

Get out and vote . . .

Today is a long day of contemplation, nail biting and overall relief. I know that we think that after today we won’t have to hear any more political commercials – it’s a scam they will still be there just lurking in the shadows so be wary.

Ben and I will be out this morning encouraging you to vote and to make a difference in your community. The most important thing is to be involved in your world, your city or town, your neighborhood and your home. Start small and make a difference in your home and immediate block and neighbors and you will see a difference in no time. Today smile at a stranger and see how it works.

OK enough philosophy, stretches, feed and walk Ben, and then I’m gone . . .

Monday, Monday . . .

Ben made a surprise visit at Itrim in Lafayette and was able to get a picture with Scott!

After a weekend of relaxation, Ben and I are ready to hit the trail hard this week. The holidays are coming up fast and I need to make sure that all is done so I can take some time off during the holidays.

Today Ben and I will be making some surprise visits so make sure that no one has forgotten us, you never know where the camera will snap Ben.

BIG stretches, feed and walk Ben, and then I’m gone . . .

The day of the dead . . .

Yesterday was a day of renewal. Ben saw a lot of friends and clients. I honestly don’t know how we were able to accomplish so much yesterday. Today we have even more to accomplish. We will be heading to Contra Costa County first thing for appointments and client meetings. Ben and I are feeling very refreshed!

This weekend there is much going on and this is definitely the weekend where you need to make sure that you have all your holiday errands taken care of since Thanksgiving will be here before you know it.

BIG stretches, feed and walk Ben, and then I’m gone . . .

A new day begins . . .

Ben and I greeting friends at the start of the SF Giants parade

Today starts with a new and overwhelming feeling that from this day forward life will be different. I am not sure why, but I woke up with a very refreshed feeling and I know that for some reason things have changed. Ben and I will look forward to this new start.

Ben and I had such a good time in San Francisco yesterday that I am not sure how we will ever top that. So today we will focus on our work and make sure that we stay in front of the computer and get things done!

Did you see the moon last night? Beautiful.

BIG stretches, feed Ben, and then I’m gone . . .

The World Champs!

Even the horses got into the Giants celebration
