Forma Gym
Life is good; be optimistic and energetic. That’s the message the team at Forma Gym hopes to convey.
It opened in Walnut Creek in 2009, and it was also completely renovated with a modern design and the aim to “get rid of the notion that the gym is just a place to work hard and sweat.”
With the stated mission to “make exercise a part of our member’s daily lives, for the rest of their lives,” as they “continuously pursue personal and professional growth and improvement,” Forma employees say they deliver on this promise in part by creating “an unimaginable experience through legendary customer service.”
Forma’s mission also includes building trust through open and honest communication, helping members and employees find ways of making their lives an adventure by being creative, staying open-minded, embracing change, and playing every day.
One way they help make that happen is by offering The Spa at Forma—which provides “the optimum wellness experience and a comprehensive menu of therapeutic treatments.”
Another unique service offered is Whole Body Cryotherapy—a comprehensive wellness solution company officials experienced themselves and decided to add to the gym’s offerings to support recovery and pain relief.
Forma Gym also offers personal training, cycling, Pilates Reformer, Aqua and Mind-Body classes, Rise Paralysis Recovery, Ralph Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, and more.
Being a family-friendly club that strives to provide convenience and support for members, Forma Gym has also created a space where “you can enjoy a guilt-free workout while your kids (ages 6 weeks-12 years) are free to be kids within the safe, active, and educational environment of our Forma Kids Club.”
