Ben visited with Myles this weekend!
So I jumped out of bed today – I have a full week and I need to get started. Ben and I will be very busy visiting clients today and hopefully will be connecting with some new ones as well.
SF Giants note – Let’s go Giants! BEAT LA.
Extra stretches today, feed Ben, latte, water the yard, and then I’m gone . . .

Ben was back to visiting at the waterfront!
I heard that last night – “live each note” as it pertained to music and I believe that it applies to life in general. If we live each moment like it is our last and make sure to never regret anything, then we can never look back and never say “what if”. I propose that for the next 24 hours we all live life like it is our last and be sure not to regret anything, so if that person or those persons that you love and care for are taken from you in tragedy or in life circumstances in general you can say “Life is good.”
Ben made a splash in Yountville last night. Mars was so happy to see him as well as Vicki from Markham and Cindy from Napa Style. Welcome Tom Bennett, I am sure that you will have a great time in the Napa Valley. (What a small world!)
SF Giants note – Let’s go Giants! I am still here.
BIG Stretches, feed Ben, latte, water the yard, and then I’m gone . . .

Lots of dancing was going on at the Ramble
I am sure that someone who was not at the Ramble last night would not understand how great this event was, I still can’t believe the lineup. Don Bassey welcomed several musical artists last night that brought the house down. Multi-instrumentalist Paul Branin was back blowing on the sax and ending the show with a solo guitar rendition of “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” that was out of this world! Trombonist Mike Rinta brought his New Orleans funk to the show. WOW. Willie Jordan also showed up again and just about made me cry with his singing. I bought the CD that Tracy Blackman had for sale that had her newly released single on it and have already listened to it twice!
Message to Vallejo and the surrounding cities, you must come to the next Wednesday Night Ramble! This was my third event and it just keeps getting better and better. Thanks Don!
I am running a lot today but hopefully my mind can slow down a little. Yountville is calling my name for a photo exhibition of Mars Lasar tonight at the community center. I can’t wait to see the photographs that they have selected. Ben is excited because since his surgery he has not been featured in the photos in the blog, that will change tonight.
SF Giants note – So much for our lineup! I am so sad for the team – such disappointment.
Lots of BIG Stretches, feed Ben, latte, water the yard, and then I’m gone . . .

So, I was supposed to be in Tahoe yesterday and today, but I could not miss a very important appointment today and then I of course could not miss the Wednesday Night Ramble at the Empress tonight. I promised Rhonda and Don, plus I want to hear some GREAT music as well.
Three county day – maybe someone will take me to lunch . . .
SF Giants note – Great lineup! What a slide Posey!
LONG Stretches, feed Ben, latte, water the yard, and then I’m gone . . .

I feel like I lived a week in the last 24 hours! Mondays are always a little tough since I start off each one with a meeting at 9 am, but then I had two meetings back to back, everything was VERY productive. I am now going to add to my plate: sponsorships for Taste of Yountville. Am I crazy? No, I think it will be fun and I should meet some exciting winery and restaurant, I am a foodie am I not?

How cute is Baby Jaxson!
I had a long day but then I had an equally long night since I went to go check on Baby Jaxson at Stanford Hospital. He is such a little trooper, just four days ago he was getting a liver transplant and tonight he was laying there with all of these tubes literally everywhere and he was sitting there cooing and being cute. Unbelievable!
SF Giants note – Today is another day. I bet you it was better for Bochy to watch this one off the field!
Quick Stretches, feed Ben, latte, water the yard, and then I’m gone . . .
