William Kim’s Tae Kwon Do
It is challenging raising a young person these days. There are so many influences that can lead them down the wrong path and so much competition for their time. Sports, music, and art are not as prevalent in schools anymore, as they focus on test scores and college entrance exams. Television, video games, and the internet provide so much content that one could spend their whole life watching it and never see it all. Parents are more fearful for the safety of their children so that they seldom let them leave the house without supervision. How, then, can parents help instill discipline and focus within their children’s minds and bodies? Well, how can adults do it?
That is exactly what William Kim, his family, and team have done over the last 39 years and continue to do every day. They help to create that discipline in the minds and bodies of their students, teaching them how to focus toward accomplishing a goal. They also foster a feeling of family within the school and community through a variety of programs, events and special occasions that gets the students out of the studio, interacting with each other and with their community as well. That training imparts skills that follow his students for the rest of their lives as they grow and mature. Many of his students have stayed on long past their original goal so that they can also help new students entering the program, finding Tae Kwon Do to be a permanent part of their lives.
Come in and meet with Mr. Kim and learn how he is helping parents, their children and adults deal with the pressures of life and creating their own future. See how he is strengthening their bodies, minds, and character. Learn how he can help you do the same with children, or even yourself.

Natural Health and Wellness Center, Inc.
Maintaining health is even more challenging in today’s world with the chemicals, metals, and radiation that we’re exposed to in our foods, lifestyle and environment. Valerie Ozsu opened Natural Health, and Wellness Center, Inc. because she wanted to incorporate her 40 years in advanced nursing, kinesiology and nutritional education to design individualized programs to help men, women, and children. Her restorative medicine practice seeks to find the cause, and discover how to reverse a person’s illness, rather than just recognizing and treating the symptoms as in traditional medical practices. Dynamics in illness and healing requires that a person understands how to reverse the cause(s) of their disease whether it be nutritional, physical, emotional or any combination of these.
Valerie’s mission is to educate, reverse health challenges, and promote longevity without or in conjunction with a person’s medical care. She wants to restore her patient’s lost vitality and reverse their health problems by using various methods and equipment to help patients understand their bodies and physical/nutritional needs. She is very knowledgeable in hormone balancing for men and women, utilizes thermography (a non-radiation form of breast cancer screening), and she recently added neurofeedback in her clinic, in addition to allergy clearing, reversing diabetes, hypertension, elevated cholesterol, and severe digestion issues. Valerie also designs individual detoxification and purification programs using only organic whole food supplements, herbs, and homeopathics.
Feel free to join Valerie at her free community workshops, or learn for yourself by visiting Valerie’s new website: www.NaturalHealthandWellnessCenter.net and reading more about her services. Schedule an evaluation and discover why so many of Valerie’s patients are so excited about how much better they feel, and the progress they have made in improving their health and well being.
