We love the photos! Thank you so much for setting it up and being there (to make us laugh).

Ready to take flight . . .
Yesterday Ben and I showed up at the strangest places! We were out and about everywhere, Yountville, Napa, Vallejo and Walnut Creek in one day, Ben was exhausted. It was great, we had so much fun.
Today the new Superman Rollercoaster ride at Six Flags in Vallejo is having their media day where we get a chance to ride the new adventure before the “regular” public. It should be fun, exciting and scarrrrrry! Good thing I’m bringing proxy riders – I do not ride rollercoasters. I will let you know how everyone liked it.
Stretches, feed Ben, water the yard and I’m off (latte on the road today) . . .
Rambling along . . .
Last night we attended the Wednesday Night Ramble at the Empress Theatre. (sans Ben!) What a great event! We had so much fun and the thought that we have so much talent right here in Vallejo is incredible. The next event is July 18 – plan to be there!
I would not normally take the time in this format to go on and on about the Giants, since I should be talking about my advertisers, but OMG! In one month to have the first perfect game in SF Giant history and only the 22nd one in MLB history, but yesterday we completed a SWEEP of our rival Los Angeles Dodgers. Let me go on, not just a sweep but the first ever in SF Giant history that we swept with 3 shut outs! This is HUGE. We are watching history and will have a chance to look back and say, “I was there”, “I saw that game!” How can we not have a great day now?
Today Ben and I will be traveling, Vallejo, Napa, Benicia and Walnut Creek, I should be very tired by the end of the day!
BIG, BIG, BIG stretches, feed Ben, latte, water the yard and I’m off. . .
It’s the little things . . .
I am sure that you have had a moment like this when you just realize that it’s the small gestures of kindness that make it all worthwhile. A smile, a phone call, a rub on the shoulder, these things are what life is all about. I had just such a moment yesterday and even though I try to always smell the roses and look at the glass as half full, it’s nice when someone says it is. Be sure to smile at that stranger or loved one and just say hi, sometimes that’s all that is needed.
Giants are on a tear – let’s go Giants and support Timmy this afternoon! Ben and I will be watching in between our many visits today. Maybe we’ll come visit you today!
BIG stretches, feed Ben, latte, water the yard and I’m off. . .
I’m exhausted . . .
How can I be so exhausted and it is only Tuesday? Yesterday started off with a meeting and I was in meetings until 9:30 pm. I deserve a day off now! Unfortunately, I am the boss and guess what; no deal! The Giants were awesome and beat the Dodgers 8-0. Unbelievable! The game starts at 7:15 pm tonight as well, let’s go Giants!
Ben was everywhere yesterday, so today we are planning a much, more low key day. But, be watching because you never know when Ben and I are going to show up! Be on the lookout . . .
BIG stretches, feed Ben, latte, water the yard and I’m off. . .
Another Monday . . .
I can’t believe that it is the last week of June! It seems like just yesterday that it was January, and here we are ready to jump into the middle of summer. I have to get a better pace on life, it’s too short and I have still so much to do. Let’s make sure this week last a little longer or that I get much more accomplished than last week.
Let’s do BIG stretches, feed Ben, latte, water the yard and I’m off. . .
Freaky Friday . . .
Today I will have to work fast if I am going to get everything I want to do “checked” off my list. It’s Friday though so on some level things will be moving faster than I want anyway. According to the weather we will have more days of March for the next week which is good since you always get more done when it is not so hot.
There are some exciting things going on this weekend so make sure you check out the calendar and try to attend some of the fun-filled activities. One of the events not to miss is the Bone Marrow event at TEAM Superstores Saturday. There will be kid’s events, food, music and past and present 49ers to sign autographs. I also have heard it on good authority that Nat Shierholtz of the SF Giants will be there to make sure the festivities get off to a good start. Let’s not forget the bigger picture is that by simply swabbing the inside of your mouth you might also be able to save a life! TEAM Superstores has definitely hit a home run!
BIG stretches, then more BIG stretches, feed Ben, latte, and I’m off. . .
Where did summer go . . .
Wasn’t it just yesterday I was saying summer is here? Well, I guess I spoke too soon! Today we have been pushed back to March. It’s blustery and cold and I am wearing sweats to stay warm. I guess here in California you can be on the beach one day, mountains one day and in the city another, but always dress in layers!!
Today is more of the same for work, (Thank God I love my job!) getting in touch with more advertisers and finishing more story and email chores. I am gearing up for the Oakland A’s and Giants clash this weekend that will start tomorrow. Set the DVR, in case you have plans, but plan to watch the Giants take on the A’s starting Friday evening.
BIG stretches, then more BIG stretches, feed Ben, latte, and I’m off. . .
